The main target was to develop fresh perspectives for people around the area and bring together under one roof old and young people.  The brief included 3 offices, a reception area, a doctor’s office and medical room, a small restaurant and a large close theatre for public activities. 

Due to the major difference between the uses, the building was divided into two separate volumes with independent entrances.  In the front building, the town hall and the medical centre were situated and the backyard was surrounded by the restaurant and the theatre. On the top of the theatre a roof garden was designed for outdoor activities. The core idea was to create a friendly outdoor space in which during the summer months it could be used as an outdoor cinema theatre.
